Before for now, I would admit that I always hate the idea of creating favicon for my blog because of the complications I use to have while editing my blogger HTML. But thanks to blogger for adding the new feature that make it easy for a novice to know how to easily create favicon on blogger using Microsoft paint.
This tutorial will be easy and straight forward that you will not have any difficulty apply the guidelines, it’s just going to be like putting a pot of water on fire which is what some bachelors out can close their eyes and do.
Favicon is a small icon that is displayed on the browser URL bar, and it can be on different locations for some browsers either on the navigation tabs or the bookmark lists. Favicon simply stand for favorite icon and it does not have anything to do with your blog traffic. Favicon is a way of branding your blog just like the likes of Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Digg, StumbleUpon, Liberty reserve, BBC, CNN, Make Money Online Nigeria, Ogbongeblog, etc. It is a unique icon that enables your reader to identify your blog on the bookmark lists. In some way, it can also help to improve the look of your blog. Good news for blog owners on blogger, you don’t have to go through the hassles of editing your HTML.
Finally, on how to use your MS paint to get the job done;
Click “Start” on your desktop/ laptop, go to “Accessories” and locate launch “Paint”. Locate and click on “Image”, click “Attributes”. What you need to do next is to create a 32 x 32 pixels JPEG image.
