Coca Cola award scam has long been a part of the internet and the world for a long time now. So, when you get this type of mail don’t get excited because a dime will not be getting into your bank account.
In late 2011, I shared a similar post here on blog about this internet scam titled “Latest Update on Coca Cola Lottery Award Scam”. The main purpose of this post is for you know what to what the Coca Cola scam mail looks like when you get one, and how do you know if it is a scam. The only way to avoid this scam is to ignore these mails when you get them. Mind you, before now they use to send the mail without an attachment but you will get this mail in an attachment with pictures to mislead you. Below is the sample of the mail, it may be long but all you need is just to know the email scam format.

How do I know that this is a scam?
  1. You will know because you didn’t get any ticket to enter for the promotion.
  2. You should get a personal call, not them asking you to send your invitation.
  3. You can Google there official website to know if any promotion is happening.
  4. Be realistic, no company will give you free money of that large amount without getting anything in return.
  5. You can Google the names in the mail to know whether any article has been written that has the names in them.
Even in Freetown you can’t get a free lunch and not 1,000,000 pounds. Be careful because the first thing they will ask you for money to process your prize. The truth is I still remember vividly how it feels to be scammed online because I have lost a couple of dollars in Liberty Reserve scam. Please take things slow, you will have the big break through soon. For what a Liberty Reserve scam looks like you can check out this post.
